Terms of Service

A set of tools for fantasy football: portfolio exposure across leagues, draft assistance, lineup analysis, viewing guides and season reports. Some tools are free; others require a Pro subscription.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Sleeper, Fleaflicker, ESPN, Yahoo or the NFL. Their names are used only to describe compatibility.

You need an account to use most of the product, and you are responsible for what happens under it. Give us an address you can actually receive mail at — it is how we reach you about billing and outages. One person, one account; do not share credentials.

• Pro is offered monthly or annually and renews automatically until you cancel.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that may apply.
• You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• If a payment fails we allow a short grace period before Pro features are withdrawn, so a card expiring mid-season does not cut you off immediately.
• We may change pricing, but not for a period you have already paid for, and we will give notice before a change takes effect.

If DraftCompass has not worked as described, email draftcompass.app@gmail.com and we will sort it out — refunds are handled case by case and we would rather resolve a problem than keep money from someone the product failed.

Access codes may be limited in number, restricted to one per account, and withdrawn at any time. Access already granted under a code will not be revoked because the code has since been retired.

Please do not:

• Resell or redistribute the service or its data
• Scrape it, or automate it in ways that place unreasonable load on it
• Attempt to bypass payment, rate limits or access controls
• Use it to break the terms of Sleeper, Fleaflicker, ESPN or any other platform

We may suspend accounts that do these things.

Rankings, projections, playoff odds and reports are estimates built from third-party data. They may be wrong, delayed, or unavailable when an upstream service is down. They are for entertainment, and are not betting or financial advice. Decisions you make with them are yours.

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change or be withdrawn, particularly where a platform we depend on changes its API.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to it is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You can stop using DraftCompass and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and will explain why unless prevented from doing so.

These terms are governed by the laws of Washington, United States.
